If you enjoy leading a small team, keeping work organized, and making sure every job is done the right way, you will be a strong fit for this role. Our foremen guide two to three person crews through daily lawn care and landscape work with a steady, dependable approach. The focus is simple. Keep your crew safe, keep the work paced, and make sure every yard reflects our mission to provide quality service and our vision of safety and integrity first.

What you will be doing
  • Leading a two to three person crew on daily routes and landscape projects
  • Planning and sequencing tasks such as cleanup, bed preparation, mulching, planting, and seasonal services
  • Teaching and coaching crew members who may be new to lawn care or landscaping
  • Supporting lawn care treatments and fertilizer applications
  • Checking quality throughout every property
  • Communicating clearly with clients when needed
  • Ensuring safety standards are followed at all times
  • Keeping trucks, tools, and equipment organized and accounted for
  • Maintaining simple daily systems that keep the crew on schedule

Pay
  • Fixed salary based on the foreman role
  • Must be experienced to qualify
  • Additional earnings come through our structured incentive pay program only
  • Incentives are tied to safety, quality, client satisfaction, crew accountability, and consistent daily systems
What we need from you
  • Strong plant and landscaping knowledge
  • Sufficient plant and weed identification for common Central Ohio species
  • Utilizes horticultural practices and has a basic understanding of integrated pest management
  • Proven experience leading or supervising outdoor work
  • Solid time management and the ability to keep jobs on schedule
  • Dependability and a steady approach to daily leadership
  • A valid drivers license and the ability to drive a truck and trailer
  • Respect for your crew and a commitment to safety and quality
